Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after 30 days
